“I brought my 2013 Fusion in for servicing on Thursday and wanted to send this email to once again commend your staff for the wonderful service. I initially booked the appointment, and then had to change it, with Sandy (who was very pleasant and helpful both times). The service lady I dealt with on Thursday was Ashley who was also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. As it was going to take a little while, I went on a ‘walk about’ and stumbled upon Remus who took to the time to show me a few Mustangs and talk about the potential purchase of my ‘future’ car. Remus was very helpful but what I appreciated the most was he didn’t pressure me – he allowed to look at a few cars and explore some options – a very different experience from most dealerships. I unfortunately purchased my Fusion from a different dealer, but my next Ford will be from Oakland and in the meantime I will continue to service my car at your dealership – Thanks!”
