PARTS ADVISOR

Oak-land Ford Lincoln is currently seeking a Parts Advisor for a fast paced growing parts department. The right candidate will have high energy and be a team player. We are looking for an individual to bring the department to the next level. Excellent growth opportunity for an energetic and creative person.

Ford Experience is an asset but all applicants will be considered with parts experience. Candidate must be a self starter and must work well with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Procure required parts for shop, retail and wholesale customers
  • Attention to detail on special order requirements
  • Maintain inventory demands on a daily basis
  • Assist in department operations (shipping, receiving, picking orders, parts return etc.)
  • Efficiency and accuracy in fulfilling customer requests

Qualification and skills:

  • 1-3 years related experience
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment

SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR

Oak-land Ford Lincoln is seeking an experienced service advisor to join our team!

Job Summary

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the Ford and Lincoln brands is an asset
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities using strong organizational skills
  • Ability to be a team member
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience an asset

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist customers written approval on all repair orders
  • Verify service concerns
  • Obtain customers written approval on all repair orders
  • Follow up on work in progress of each repair order to track progress
  • Advise customers of status of vehicle to communicate high customer care standards
  • Explain the details of the work order to reassure customers of work completed
  • Notify customers immediately is additional work is required
  • Complete closing of work order; sign off finished work and inform customer that vehicle is ready for pickup
  • Maintain awareness of factory recommended maintenance shedules

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in automotive service environment
  • Knowledge of in-house dealership computer systems an asset
  • Basic mechanical and warranty knowledge

DETAILER/CLEAN UP

We are currently looking for a detailer/clean up person who is an energetic self starter to join our team. Duties include washing and preparing vehicles for the service department. The ideal candidate will be able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions, have a clean driving record, and be a team player. Prior experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right individual.
