I initially booked the appointment, and then had to change it, with Sandy (who was very pleasant and helpful both times). The service lady I dealt with on Thursday was Ashley who was also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. As it was going to take a little while, I went on a ‘walk about’ and stumbled upon Remus who took to the time to show me a few Mustangs and talk about the potential purchase of my ‘future’ car. “Just wanted to pass along how GREAT the staff in the Service Department are. I had to get the tire replaced on my Escape as you know. I zipped into the Quick Lane department today. Obviously its a busy Saturday. I asked how long it would be and they thought maybe an hour, which was fine except I had to work this afternoon. I was going to grab the shuttle back home and borrow my sons car to go to work but the Service Advisor was great. She said Wait, let me ask them to fit you in quickly so you can get to work.
